BIM Engineers plan, design, and supervise Building Information Modelling (BIM) , identify and resolve BIM technology implementation issues and problems, and assure quality deliverables of the related construction projects.

To assist BIM Managers to lead BIM engineering construction projects, BIM Engineers must implement and manage project progress from start to finish. They must coordinate effectively with different professionals, clients and subordinates and have to make choices to ensure that the projects are well completed on time and within budget.

BIM Engineers must always apply professional knowledge and skills in BIM to solve issues and problems at work.
Minimum Requirements
- Normally have a bachelor's degree in construction, surveying, engineering, architecture or landscape architecture. Holders of relevant higher diplomas can articulate to related degree programmes.
- at least 2 years of BIM working experience includes planning, designing, administrating and operating of BIM projects
