Cloud Technicians maintain and operate the facilities of a cloud network in offices or data centres as well as to carry out scheduled maintenance activities.

Troubleshooting knowledge and skills

Cloud Technicians must be able to troubleshoot and work out solutions for the problems when cloud network equipment malfunctions.

Cloud network system knowledge and skills

Cloud Technicians must possess the knowledge and skills of the operation of the cloud network system in the data centres or offices.

Minimum Requirements

• A recognised diploma or higher diploma in Computer Studies or related disciplines
• at least 1-2 years' relevant experience is required
