E-commerce Officer
Description of Tasks
E-commerce Officers implement and coordinate e-commerce sales strategies and operation plans, monitor the daily operations of online platform, execute e-marketing campaigns to reach sales target. They provide online sales analysis, prepare sales and traffic reports and ensure all information like product listing and content available online is current and up-to-date.
Analytical Abilities
E-commerce Officers need strong analytical abilities and good decision-making skills as they have to access a lot of information and using it to produce reports and recommendations.
Interpersonal and Communication Skills
E-commerce Officers should possess strong interpersonal skills and effective communication skills as they need to collaborate with professionals in IT, sales and marketing, address customer concerns and report to managers.
Problem Solving Skills
E-commerce Officers should have strong problem-solving skill in handling the customer’s concerns. They need to figure out what went wrong, how problems might be fixed and how to avoid them from happening again.
Minimum Requirements
- A recognised bachelor's degree, or equivalent
- 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience
