Description of Tasks
Personal Banking/ Securities Customer Services Officers assist the Customer Relationship Managers (Personal Banking/ Securities) to deliver customer service and advice to customers in all interactions for transactional enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues. They assist to promote various investment, insurance and banking products to customers.
Analytical skills
The ability to assess the customer' s actual business needs is important. Personal Banking Customer Services Officers make the right analysis will not only be in the interest of the bank, but also be in the interest of the customer.
Customers relations
The relations between the bank and its customers are usually long term. It takes time to develop this sort of relationship which is based on trust and a history of working in a partnership which has withstood the weathering of changing economic conditions.
Knowledge on financial/ banking products and services
Personal Banking Customer Services Officers require thorough knowledge on financial/ banking products and services in order to provide sound and reliable advice to customers.
Minimum Requirements
- A recognised bachelor's degree in finance, banking, economics, accounting, or marketing
