In addition, it runs self-built warehouses, docks, and transportation information systems. Founded in 2002, CRE Properties Hong Kong Limited manages around 630,000 square feet of leased retail properties -- mainly nine commercial properties located in Hong Kong’s core business districts such as Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok, and Tsuen Wan. Its subsidiary Yongdali Property Management Co., Ltd provides excellent property management services, managing more than 2 million square feet of properties in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with Head of Culinary and Production to manage the self-created Cookbook System (Excel) for product costing and recipe creation
• Liaise with internal and external parties for product research and development
• Prepare Sales Summary and perform analysis to offer product development direction
• Work closely to different kitchen sections to facilitate production workflow and productivity
• Any ad hoc matter from Head of Culinary and Production

Requirements:

• University degree in Food Science, Manufacturing or related
• 3 years solid experience in food manufacturing
• Knowledge of ISO22000/HACCP will be an advantage
• Detail-minded, well-organized and sensitive to figures, self-motivated and willing to take up challenges
• Team-player with good communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in both Chinese and English, as well as in computer applications
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Production Officer
• Immediate available is highly preferred
