As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Landscape Architect (Contract) to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of landscape design for property development projects including but not limited to feasibility study, schematic and detailed design works
• Assist in preparation of tender and construction drawings, plans, conceptual design proposals and submissions
• Liaise and coordinate with internal parties, site team and external consultants and contractors
• Provide professional advice on landscape related issues

Requirements:

• Degree in Landscape Architecture/Design or related disciplines
• At least 6 years of relevant experience; registered Landscape Architect is preferred
• With good exposure and solid experience in luxury residential apartment and villa projects
• Creative, organized, self-motivated and good communication skills
• Good sketch and presentation skills; proficient in 3D rendering and AutoCAD
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
