Alliance is the market leader in construction materials in Hong Kong with specialization in quarrying and concrete operations.

Production Manager

This position is suitable for a highly motivated individual, who has the aspiration to develop long term career in the field of manufacturing and production. The incumbent should have got demonstrated proven experience in the manufacturing industry.

Duties :

• Lead and provide management control and support to production plants with heavy machinery
• Ensure smooth operation of the plants at maximum availability and capacity
• Constantly identify areas to achieve cost and production improvement and efficiency
• Ensure all quality assurance and HSE procedures are adhered to in the plants
• Undertake any tasks as assigned

The successful candidate will possess the following key skills and attributes:

• Bachelor Degree in related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ relevant working experience, of which 3 years in supervisory role
• Good knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements
• Self-motivated, strong problem-solving capability with good sense of critical thinking and analytical mind
• Mature, pleasant and outgoing personality with strong sense of responsibility
• Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• A good team player
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Those with less working experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Manager.
