Cuisine Continental Group (HK) Ltd is a leading retail enterprise in the food and beverage industry in Hong Kong. The Company owns several brands, including Delifrance, alfafa and Chatterbox Café managing around 20 outlets in Hong Kong. To facilitate our ambitious expansion in the region, we would like to invite personnel with high caliber for the following position:

Job Duties:

  • Plan, organize & manage all activities related to the purchasing and logistics functions
  • Develop strategies of purchasing and logistics for food and non-food items to optimize the business value from various supply markets
  • Formulate and implement the supplier management plan including vendor sourcing & selection, pricing & services benchmarking, negotiation and goods & services delivery
  • Oversee the Central Ordering system, daily delivery schedules & logistics to achieve continuous competitiveness
  • Establish, review and implement the purchasing & logistics policies and procedures
  • Develop and manage supplier relationships to provide the company with the best valued products and services & contract terms
  • Ensure smooth supply of products and equipments to meet the business need

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor Degree in Purchasing / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines

  • At least 5 years’ managerial experience in Food & Beverage industry

  • Strong in negotiation skills and strategic thinking

  • Strong leadership skills with positive and proactive mindset

  • Good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Computer knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
