Founded in 2005, Express International Development Limited (EID) started with 50 employees initially to provide manpower management services to the Hong Kong Airport Authority. Today, EID has over 780 employees, providing diversified ser-vices to its clientele including regulator, airline operators, RHOs and government body. EID’s business portfolio covers logistic services, airport passenger shuttle services, baggage handling services, trolley management services, ramp handling services, wheelchair handling services, passenger services and cleaning services.

EID is an affiliate of William International (Hong Kong) Co. Ltd. (William International) under common control by the corresponding Board of Director. William International was found in 1992 to provide sanitation services and general maintenance services for the Grade A offices in Hong Kong. Today, William International is present with core businesses across construction and maintenance, security services, chemical treatment services, and logistic services.

The Business Development Manager will support the Director to develop related marketing strategies in line with the company's direction. The incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing the marketing functions for the Company, which include, but are not limited to, the following:

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement diverse marketing programs to support sales strategies
• Produce marketing and promotional materials across various platforms, including social media and advertorials for marketing campaigns, sales support, etc.
• Liaise and communicate with the Airport Authority, work partners, vendors, etc. on a daily basis
• Prepare bilingual content for corporate communication materials and social media platforms
• Supervise and lead marketing executives and photographers in daily operations
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare business proposals and quotations in responding to RFQs, RFIs and RFPs or other business inquiries as required
• Provide sales forecasting and business intelligence to formulate market insights
• Identify and share customer needs with the Commercial Team for long-term planning and product development
• Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and client meetings, as needed

Requirements

• University educated in business, marketing, or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of business development experience with a proven track record. Prior experience in the Airport/Aviation Industry is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
