You are Group Finance Executive to support management team to drive financial performance and corporate strategy for the company growth.

Description

The key responsibilities of successful candidate include crafting and executing the global financial strategy, overseeing accounting functions (big team leadership), and assessing the company's financial health. The role as the senior finance representative involves tracking company expansion, industry shifts, competitor actions, and macroeconomic trends to identify market risks and opportunities; and providing insightful financial guidance at the executive and board levels. Equally important is nurturing a top-tier finance team to drive business transformation/ integration and new investments.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Business Administration or related disciplines with professional accounting qualification
• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting, in which taking up senior finance executive position, strong global exposure, Big 4 and manufacturing industry background is a must
• Strong commercial sense and presentation skills
• Good team management skill and proactive personality
• Demonstrated ability to drive organisational transformation and expansion
• Excellent proficiency in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
