As they continue to grow and expand their operations, they are now seeking a talented and experienced Senior/Production Manager to join their dynamic team.Your RoleAs the Senior/Production Manager (Streetwear), you will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire production process, from development to delivery. You will be responsible for managing the production line and collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless operations. This position requires occasional travel to production facilities in the PRC or Southeast Asia.Key responsibilities include:* Taking full charge of production aspects, including sewing, cutting, pattern making, finishing, sample room management, mechanics, and all production-related operations in the company's manufacturing facilities in PRC or SE Asia.* Overseeing product production and deliveries to meet high product quality standards and ensure on-time shipments.* Communicating effectively with different departments to solve production and technical issues.* Developing systems and procedures to maximise operational efficiency and control overhead costs.* Reporting on production and delivery progress, addressing issues, and proposing improvements.* Coaching local production and technical staff, and developing successors to ensure long-term success.What You'll Need to Succeed* Proven experience in a senior production management role, preferably in the street wear or fashion industry.* Strong knowledge of garment production processes, including sewing, cutting, pattern making, and finishing.* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome production challenges.* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments and manage teams effectively.* Strong leadership abilities with experience in coaching and developing staff.* Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office suite.* Willingness to travel occasionally to production sites in PRC or Southeast Asia.* Fluency in English; knowledge of Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus.What You'll Get in Return* The opportunity to work with a leading fashion brand in Hong Kong, known for its innovative street wear designs.* A challenging and rewarding role where you can make a significant impact on the company's operations and growth.* Competitive salary package commensurate with experience and skills.* Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a dynamic fashion industry.* Exposure to international markets and the chance to work with cutting-edge street wear designs.* A collaborative and creative work environment that values innovation and excellence.If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV to [email redacted, apply via company website].
