We're looking for a candidate with strong writing skills to support our Business Development team. Working alongside our Business Development Managers you’ll be responsible for the generation of high quality written tender material for multiple soft, hard and integrated facilities management contracts across our priority segments.

To be successful in this role you’ll produce easy to read, compelling, specific, impactful, evidenced written material that clearly articulates the benefits of the ISS proposition in meeting client’s specific needs and enables ISS to win new contracts and retain existing clients.

What you’ll do

  • Responsible for presale support, including creating presentation materials, proposals, TQ responses, and tender documents for government and commercial bidding.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, and subject matter experts) to develop bid strategies, ensuring input from key stakeholders.
  • Develop high-quality bid content, including executive summaries, value propositions, pricing models, and technical responses aligned with our strategy and client-specific themes.
  • Create case studies and testimonials showcasing ISS’ success with existing clients.
  • Seek feedback from senior team members on tenders and proposals.

Key qualifications

  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing and Communications or related discipline.
  • Ideally with 2 - 3 years’ relevant work experience, candidates from facility management, other business or IT services industries is an advantage
  • Candidates with less experience or fresh graduate will also be considered as Bid Officers.
  • Experience in proposal writing is an advantage.

  • High work capacity, have teamwork spirit, good communication skills and empathy.
  • Pro-active approach to compliance carrying a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent command of reading, written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and multi-tasking.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess bid opportunities.
