Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing CRM strategies to cultivate and maintain customer relationships.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for enhancing customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and retail teams to create targeted campaigns and promotions based on customer segmentation and preferences.
  • Manage the CRM system and ensure accurate and timely capture of customer information.
  • Monitor and report on key CRM metrics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the sales team and HQ to align CRM initiatives with business objectives and sales targets.
  • Provide support in training and educating staff on CRM best practices and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM, preferably in a retail or luxury fashion environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
