About the ClientOur client is a Hong Kong private company in healthcare industry with stable and steady growth business across the APAC. To cope with their business development, they are looking for a Senior Finance Manager / Assistant Financial Controller who have experience on all rounded role with start-up mindset.Senior Finance Manager / Assistant Financial ControllerAbout the Role

• Develop and oversee the organization's financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Review and manage accounting & finance related duties, including accounting operation to reporting.
• Monitor budget variances and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and market insights.
• Partner closely with C-suite level in developing and negotiating investment strategy or opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• HKICPA, CPAA, ACCA or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of work experience in managing full spectrum of accounting and finance functions.
• Confident with start up spirit and responsive to changes and growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
