Responsibilities

• Monitor delinquent accounts and take recovery actions
• Collect and analyze turnover figures from customers
• Collaborate with solicitors if legal action is required
• Supervise subordinate to perform credit control related tasks
• Prepare analysis reports
• Post and allocate daily payments
• Handle internal or external customers enquiry

Requirements

• Degree holder or above
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in banking / credit loan / legal or relevant fields, in which 1 year’s should be in supervisory level
• Sound legal knowledge (civil) and relevant working experience will be an advantage
• Proficiency in written English and PC applications including Chinese word-processing
• Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure and attentive to details
• Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Credit Control Officer
