Job description

Responsibilities:

• Review and prepare design drawings and construction details.
• Sourcing of construction materials.
• Liaise with internal Departments, external Consultants & Contractors on site on design, details and quality control of major A&A works and new development in Mainland China & Hong Kong.

Requirements:

• Qualified architect (HKIA, RIBA or equivalent) and holder of Degree in Architecture / Interior Design.
• At least 7 to 10 years’ of experience in architectural design, detailing and on-site construction after professional qualification, preferably gained in shopping mall / hotel / commercial projects.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD & Photoshop.
• Creativity with innovative concepts on design and construction details will be essential.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Putonghua) are required.
• Positive attitude, able to work independently.
