We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. This is a newly created role that will be pivotal in optimizing and enhancing our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales and brand teams, support the after-sales service center, and drive continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales and brand teams to streamline supply chain processes.
  • Ensure efficient and effective supply chain operations to meet business goals.
  • Oversee inventory management, demand planning, and logistics.
  • Support supply chain operations for the after-sales service center in Hong Kong.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts and products for after-sales services.
  • Implement processes to improve service levels and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and drive continuous improvement projects across the supply chain.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, and process optimization.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Qualifcation:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in supply chain operations within the FMCG, F&B, or retail industry.
  • Minimum of 10 years in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in supply chain software and tools.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
