The incumbent will oversee the operations and facilities management of Harbour City - a sizable commercial complex encompassing shopping mall and Grade A offices.

He/she plays a pivotal role in developing and executing operation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, service excellence and experience of shoppers and tenants.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement comprehensive operations strategies, policies, standards, processes and systems (digitalized and / or otherwise).
  • Oversee the Centre Operations Department and Technical Department, covering all aspects of facilities maintenance and risk management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements to provide a safe, clean and well-maintained environment for all stakeholders.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives, including energy saving, waste management and environmental protection, to promote a greener and more eco-friendly business environment.
  • Prepare and execute operations plan and budget, cost control, manpower planning and oversee performance to ensure alignment with operational objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate KPIs of direct staff and outsourced service contractors to ensure compliance.
  • Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Continuously assess and refine operations model to review human resources needs and development.

Requirements:

  • University graduates in property, facility management, technical or related disciplines.
  • At least 20 years’ proven management experience in managing large commercial complex with proven leadership skills in a highly disciplined environment.
  • Member of related professional institute and holder of PMP licence (Tier 1).
  • Conversant with DMC, BMO and relevant Ordinances.
  • A self-starter who works independently, resourceful in problem-solving, equipped with excellent organization and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Previous training in risk assessment and management of major events or activities would be a definite advantage.
