Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will perform a full spectrum of HR functions including organizational development, talent acquisition & management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, etc. for the prestigious investment properties
  • Act as a Business Partner for designated business units to provide value-added advisory services on a full range of HR matters to facilitate effective people management
  • In charge of employee engagement initiatives and employee experience, promoting a high performing and inclusive company culture
  • Conduct review on existing HR policies and procedures to cope with the business needs
  • Identify scope and execute plans for HR process streamlining as well as HR system enhancements

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines with at least 12 years' relevant experience in sizable organizations, of which 6 years in management capacity with hands on experience in talent acquisition and management, compensation practices and organizational diagnosis
  • Exposure in shopping centre / property management an added advantage
  • Agile and independent HR leader with strong initiative to achieve company objectives
  • Strong organization and influencing skills
  • Proactive and flexible to changing priorities and targets
  • Knowledge of best HR practices, well versed in employment related ordinances in Hong Kong
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, showcasing strong language and writing skills.
