The Job

  • Develop and review service operation manuals and clinical protocols/guidelines of the Social and Elderly Wellness Section to ensure compliance of statutory requirements and corporate standards.
  • Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters.
  • Communicate quality standards and parameters to operation teams.
  • Coordinate and conduct service operation reviews, identify potential risks and propose preventive/remedial measures.
  • Coordinate and analyse feedback of tenants/service users and/or user satisfaction surveys to identify areas of improvements.
  • Plan, organize and provide staff training to operation teams for preparing and equipping staff to provide quality services.
  • Manage enquiries, feedbacks and complaints from tenants/service users/stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

The Person

  • Degree holder in Social Work / Nursing / Health Sciences or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, including 3 years at management position; experience in services for the elderly is an advantage.
  • Good connection with various service providers and stakeholders in elderly/health services.
  • Good understanding of public affairs and community relations matters, sensitive to external political, social and economic environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
