What you’ll be doing?

• Recruitment and Selection: Assist in the recruitment process by creating job descriptions, posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and performing reference checks. Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and the organization.
• Assist to admin employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave entitlements.
• Assist in salary administration, including salary reviews, bonus calculations, and payroll coordination.
• Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

Who are we looking for?

• Degree in Human Resources Management or business related disciplines
• At least 1-2 years of experience in HR recruitment
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, legislations and relevant regulations
• Strong sense of responsibilities, attention to details and able to perform multi-tasks
• Independent, flexible, result-driven, analytical with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Diplomacy and professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
• Highly proficient in MS applications, especially in Excel
• You will have an advantage if you are/ have
• good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Immediately available is highly preferredh
