Job description

Ngong Ping 360 Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of the MTR Corporation. Its principal business is to operate the Ngong Ping Cable Car and Ngong Ping Village. Ngong Ping 360 (NP360), as a premier tourist attraction and leisure destination in Hong Kong, provides visitors with a wonderful travel experience on a different side of Hong Kong. Candidates with commitment to Tourism & Hospitality in Hong Kong are invited to apply for the following position:

Duties

• Conduct market research and screen potential tenants based on company direction and leasing strategy
• Negotiate leases and sustain good relationship with all tenants and stakeholders
• Coordinate with Village Management Office in shops handover, fitting-out and renovation management
• Support in preparing budget, rental forecast, reports and presentation materials
• Support the Leasing Team in handling all administrative duties and tenancy matters
• Keep abreast of market trend and provide insight in brand recruitments and leasing strategy
• Perform other special projects as directed by Managers

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years' relevant leasing experience, of which 2 years should be at supervisory level. Candidate with solid leasing experience in shopping malls is a definite advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office applications especially in Excel
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English; Mandarin would be a definite advantage
• Well-organized with good communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
