About Your Role:

  • Lead a small team to perform daily HR operations including full set of payroll and reward management duties
  • Ensure compliance with all payroll and pension regulations and laws
  • Maintain the HRIS day-to-day system (SAP SuccessFactors) operations including Position Management, Employee Central, Performance & Goals, EC Payroll, Position Management.
  • Lead salary review, ORSO/MPF and compensation benchmark projects
  • Review and document compensation and reward policies & procedures
  • Work with other HRBP members in talent management and engagement assignment
  • Guide office operational teams for workplace services and general administration linking to health & safety and internal process excellence

Does it sound like you?

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Marketing, Information Technology, or related disciplines
  • Proficiency in SuccessFactors such as Employee Central, Position Management, Performance & Goals Management, Compensation and EC Payroll
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Power Automate
  • In-depth knowledge of HKSAR employment ordinances
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with resilience mind
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with good project management skill
  • Good command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. A self-starter and a multi-tasker
