DNA Recruit Partners is partnering with a renowned Chinese conglomerate to seek for a Group Assistant Finance Manager. This role supports the team in investments, asset acquisitions and fund-raising activities. Moreover, day to day management accounts, reporting and compliance issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to CFO and assist to handle a wide spectrum of projects
  • Undertake and perform investments, M&A and ad-hoc projects and duties as requiredMust have solid relevant experience and ability to handle in wide range of investments, M&A and fund-raising activities
  • analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts
  • Assist in developing financial models and projections.
  • Support in conducting financial audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support.
  • Assist in implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Participate in financial planning and budgeting processes.
  • Help in evaluating and implementing financial software systems.
  • Support in managing cash flow, receivables, payables, and other financial activities.
  • Assist in developing strategies to optimize financial performance and minimize risks.

Requirements:

  • Professional accounting qualification (eg ACCA/QP, qualified and semi-qualified accountant) is preferred
  • Bachelor degree holder in Accounting or related subjects
  • Proven 5 years of relevant F&A , M&A, financial analysis/ reporting experiences, with at least 2 years in a supervisory positions are preferred
  • Able to work under pressure and under tight time schedule
  • nowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
