Job description

DNA Recruit Partners is partnering with multiple listed developers in Hong Kong. They own signature offices, shopping malls in Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas. As their team is now expanding, they are inviting Leasing Officer / Senior Leasing Officer to join their team.

About This Job

• Negotiate Leases: Secure lease agreements with high-end brands, ensuring optimal terms and rental rates for premium retail spaces.
• Tenant Relations: Maintain positive relationships, address concerns promptly, and facilitate smooth communication between tenants and management.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to attract upscale tenants, analyze trends, and optimize the mall's tenant mix for profitability.
• Space Management: Oversee space allocation, plan layouts, and ensure efficient utilization of retail areas within the prestigious shopping complex.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure lease agreements adhere to regulations, handle lease renewals, and manage legal aspects of tenant contracts effectively.

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines is preferred
• Experience in property management or leasing from shopping mall, residential, commercial space
• Minimum 2 years working experience
• Welcome candidates from MT programs
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
