Job description

Vital Employee Service Consultancy of Christian Family Service Centre, is a service provider of Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). Its major services include employee counseling, corporate training and management consultation. We are now looking for a high caliber person for the following post.

Requirements:

s Degree holder preferably in Business or Social Science;

s At least 2 years’ experience in B2B project management or account servicing;

s Proactive character with strong business acumen, problem-solving skills and strategic mindset;

s Hands-on experience in organizing training and programme preferable;

s Proficient in MS Office;

s Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Job Duties:

s Worked under Vital Employee Service Consultancy;

s Stakeholder management on the planning and delivery of Employee Assistance Programme;

s Prepare business proposals and handle corporate clients;

s Attend business meetings to introduce or follow-up service projects;

s Provide administrative or technical support to training and wellness programme.
