Job description

Job Duties:

  • Developing and driving the digital strategy for the company's website, social media platforms, and online channels.
  • Implementing tools and technologies to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of media and marketing campaigns.
  • Devising targeted segmentation strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Analyzing customer behavior and engagement patterns; using these insights to make data-driven decisions and propose innovative marketing tactics, including personalized offers and rewards.
  • Spearheading a range of online and offline marketing initiatives across social media, display advertising, mobile apps, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and more.
  • Conceptualizing creative digital marketing ideas, content, and conducting A/B testing to optimize performance.
  • Evaluating campaign performance and effectiveness; providing data-driven insights to drive and optimize key performance indicators (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversion, ROAS) across various digital marketing funnels.
  • Collaborating with the creative and product teams to develop all marketing communications and social media campaigns, ensuring timely planning and execution.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports and analytics on the overall performance of marketing campaigns, CRM, and loyalty programs.
  • Managing and monitoring campaign budgets.
  • Identifying and pursuing joint promotion opportunities with key partners.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related disciplines
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging various digital marketing channels, including social media, email, content creation, and affiliate marketing.
  • Strong creative flair, imagination, and innovative mindset.
  • Experience in managing joint promotions with partners and negotiating beneficial partnership terms.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Power BI, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Solid business acumen and understanding of customer loyalty and engagement strategies.
  • Proactive, independent, and results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
  • Experienced candidates may be considered for a Manager-level role.
