Sales / Key Account Manager - FMCG / F&B (Supermarket) | HK Talent Engage

Job description

Our client is now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position:

Job Duties

• Perform key account management focus in supermarkets / department stores
• Directly handle key accounts to build the relationship and to grow the business
• Identify new sales leads and potential new products and markets for business expansion
• Develop growth strategies and plans which focus on market share and customer satisfaction to achieve sales target
• Consolidate and review business reports, proposals, trade terms and agreements
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and competitor activities, and use these insights to develop tailored solutions and strategies for key accounts.
• Regular market visit to monitor sales, distribution and in-store activities

Requirements

• Degree holder
• At least 3 years' relevant working experience in FMCG / F&B industry
• Solid experience in business development, client servicing and account management
• Experience in handling supermarkets / department stores / key accounts
• Excellent spoken and written of Chinese and English
• Good skill in PPT and commercial service proposal writing
