Sales / Key Account Manager - FMCG / F&B (Supermarket) | HK Talent Engage

Job description
Our client is now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position:
Job Duties
- Perform key account management focus in supermarkets / department stores
- Directly handle key accounts to build the relationship and to grow the business
- Identify new sales leads and potential new products and markets for business expansion
- Develop growth strategies and plans which focus on market share and customer satisfaction to achieve sales target
- Consolidate and review business reports, proposals, trade terms and agreements
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and competitor activities, and use these insights to develop tailored solutions and strategies for key accounts.
- Regular market visit to monitor sales, distribution and in-store activities
Requirements
- Degree holder
- At least 3 years' relevant working experience in FMCG / F&B industry
- Solid experience in business development, client servicing and account management
- Experience in handling supermarkets / department stores / key accounts
- Excellent spoken and written of Chinese and English
- Good skill in PPT and commercial service proposal writing
