Job Description:

The primary responsibility is to develop and maintain tools supporting Fixed Income and Equity derivatives traders, sales, and structurers in Asia, especially Hong Kong and Tokyo. The tools include C#/Python applications and spreadsheets for various functions such as pre-trade RFQ and pricing tools, risk and P&L management, market data contribution, workflow management, and STP.

The candidate will interact directly with traders and financial engineers to gather requirements for product development, model implementation, and tool enhancement. The role covers derivatives and exotics in Equity derivatives, Rates, FX, Credit, and Hybrid Asset Classes. Additionally, the candidate will provide functional and 2nd level technical support for applications developed by the team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to design and implement new features for front office applications.
• Analyze and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Improve application setup for better monitoring and production readiness.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate effectively with the development team and project stakeholders.
