Job description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor agency recruitment campaigns, incentive programme and implementation plan to align with company’s direction
• Work closely with sales leaders to provide recruitment support and drive the recruitment growth Monitor effective agency recruitment campaigns and incentive program
• Support marketing events, campaigns and other marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• University degree, with at least 7 years’ working experience
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English, and with strong presentation skills
• Strong business acumen with excellent leadership and communication skills
