• We are looking for Assistant Production Planning & Control Manager - with details as follows :

The Job :- Report to Production Director

• Lead PPC teams in HK office (4 members) & China factory (8 members)
• Responsible for planning, organizing and managing all the activities of production planning, store & overall inventory control;
• Oversee and monitor the system and practices in the process of production planning, scheduling, materials planning and order fulfillment;
• Coordinate with customer service on schedule commitment, customer special requests and shipment scheduling;
• Develop policies, procedures and guidelines for PPC and assure all related activities are accomplished;
• Work with other departments for securing on time delivery and quick respond to any production delay.
• Studies in Production / Materials / Engineering / Manufacturing or related is a plus;
• 5+ years solid experience as a senior executive in OEM Manufacturer with sizable operations;
• Experience in toys manufacturers is a plus (not a must)
• Process strong and trouble-shooting ability to meet the production and manufacturing needs;
• Good knowledge of production planning, supplier management and inventory control;
• Proficient in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English;
• Hands-on in MS Office;
• Strong team building skills;
• Occasional trip to Shenzhen factory
• 5 days work
• 13 months salary + bonus
