The Company :

• An expanding engineering consulting and construction management services company with 100 staff in Hong Kong office
• We are looking for Building Service Engineer – with details as follows :

The Job :

• Co-ordinate and liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers for execution of the building services work
• Carry out design, installation or maintenance of building services equipment and systems
• Monitor the work schedule, progress and quality control of the projects
• To attend design meetings, site meetings / inspections and all other meetings of relevant projects
• Vetting drawings, method statements, risk assessment report and materials submission from contractors/supplier, payment submissions, completion of Final Account with minimum supervision
• Degree or above in Building Services, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 4+ years’ working experience in building services, electrical and mechanical
• Membership of relevant professional institutions is prefer
• Familiar with design guidelines, standards, code of practice, statutory regulation, submission and approval procedures to utilities and relevant authorities
• Experience from consultancy firm is preferred
• An advantage if knowledge in Autodesk Revit or AutoCAD
• An advantage if possess certificate of Registered Electrical Worker (REW) A0
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm)
