• Group total : 8000-9000 staff
• We are looking for Human Resources Director (station China) - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Fully responsible for managing human resources of the Group total 8000-9000 staff with the assistance of HR Managers in each factory
• Perform strategic planning and implement action plans for achieving corporate human resources objectives
• Establish communication channels and effective incentive policies;
• Support the development of all business units and lead key projects related to human resources;
• Lead all kinds of human resources, admin and CSR decisions;
• Management and performance reviews for key positions of all business units.
• Degree holder
• 5+ years HR & admin managerial level experience in sizable garment manufacturers
• Station China
• 5 days work
