The Company :

• Distributor : medical consumables & medical equipments
• Customers : private hospitals, public hospitals, private clinics, non-profit organisations, individual end-users...etc in Hong Kong
• We are looking for Sales Manager - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Report to the Sales Director
• Lead Sales team of 3-4 members and Sales Admin team of 3-4 members
• Lead the Team to drive and support daily sales functions of the Group, develop business opportunities and maintain customer satisfaction in key accounts under medical consumables and instruments related products and services
• Manage and motivate corporate sales team for achieving sales targets and ensure business efficiency
• Supported by sales operations team and maintain constant communication / process tracking for results
• Participate in sales related projects and exhibitions for driving business opportunities
• Provide first response to all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues cross-departmentally to address all issues that arise
• Provide product training and service support to customers
• Bachelor's degree holder or above, preferably in Business / Sciences / Medical / Biomedical or related fields
• 5+ years in sales & sales management of medical consumables or medical equipments
• Good understanding of hospital procurement process, good network with hospital staff is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, Cantonese and Mandarin
• 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9:00am-5:30pm)
• Personal commission + override commission
