• Main customers : HA, private hospitals, healthcare professionals & distributors in Hong Kong
• We are looking for Sales Supervisor - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Report to Sales Director
• Job summary : (1) promote Company medical surgical device and (2) assist Sales Director to manage one of the Sales Team
• Promote and sell medical surgical products/devices/systems and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop, build & enhance long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Pursue leads, assessing needs and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Company products and/or services.
• Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services.
• Conduct market research including customers and competitors activities.
• Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
• Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
• Bachelors degree holder
• Relevant studies is a plus eg Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Engineering, Medical, Healthcare ....etc
• 3+ years experience in medical device / pharmaceutical / surgical products / systems ..... or related
• Fluency in English
• 5 days work
• 13 months salary
• Medical insurance covering dependants
• Annual leave : 15-20 days
• Meal allowance
• Flexible working hours
