Description

• Formulating and implementing strategies aimed at boosting online sales and profitability across various platforms, including the company's website and other online marketplaces.
• Analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and overseeing financial budgets to meet set objectives.
• Collaborating with cross functional teams to devise impactful campaigns that enhance customer acquisition, conversion rates, and loyalty.
• Overseeing the product assortment and presentation on the website including recommendations of well-balanced product mix, managing inventory levels and ensuring that product details, visuals, and pricing are both precise and enticing.
• Maintaining close coordination with buyers, suppliers, and end-market teams to guarantee that product availability aligns with consumer demand and market trends.
• Overseeing the order fulfillment process, collaborating with logistics partners, and ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of products.
• Monitoring website performance, addressing technical glitches, and implementing enhancements to enrich the overall user experience.

Profile

• The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in eCommerce Commercial, merchandising & operations.
• Proven track record to initiate and drive online business across platforms.
• Solid experience on product information management system.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills.
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
