Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive ethical sourcing policies and guidelines that reflect our commitment to corporate responsibility
- Conduct on-site audits and assessments of supplier facilities, evaluating their adherence to our ethical standards and sustainability criteria
- Analyze audit findings and work closely with suppliers to address any non-compliance issues or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, and sustainability, to ensure seamless integration of ethical sourcing practices
- Stay abreast of evolving industry regulations, best practices, and emerging sustainability trends to continually enhance our responsible sourcing program
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate audit results and sustainability performance to internal and external stakeholders
- Support the development of our annual sustainability report, contributing data, insights, and recommendations
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in ethical sourcing, sustainability, or corporate responsibility roles, preferably within a multinational manufacturing environment
- Deep understanding of sustainability frameworks, human rights, labor standards, and environmental regulations
- Proven track record in conducting supplier audits, assessing compliance, and driving continuous improvement
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively present and influence at all levels
- Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, CDP, SASB) and experience in preparing sustainability reports
- Fluency in English, with the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to conduct on-site supplier assessments
