The Head of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for the company's retail operations. This role oversees all marketing activities, including brand management, advertising, promotions, digital marketing, and customer engagement. The person will work closely with the broader leadership team (a large marketing team with 8 sub teams) to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention, and brand awareness for the brand.

The Head of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for the company's retail operations. This role oversees all marketing activities, including brand management, advertising, promotions, digital marketing, and customer engagement. The person will work closely with the broader leadership team ( a large marketing team with 8 sub teams) to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention, and brand awareness for the brand.

  • Develop and implement an integrated, omnichannel marketing strategy to support the company's retail business objectives
  • Manage the marketing team and oversee all marketing campaigns and initiatives across digital, print, and other channels
  • Lead the creation of compelling, on-brand marketing content and assets (e.g. website, social media, email, advertising)
  • Oversee the retail customer experience, including in-store and online touchpoints
  • Analyze marketing performance data and use insights to continuously optimize campaigns and tactics
  • Collaborate with the product, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure alignment and drive conversions
  • Build and manage relationships with external marketing vendors and agencies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive activity, and best practices in retail marketing
  • Manage marketing budget and resources to achieve maximum ROI

理想的求职者

  • Minimum 20+ years of marketing experience from Retail, Beauty and Shopping mall industries, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership retail marketing role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful omnichannel marketing strategies (Social media, CRM, Digital Marketing)
  • Deep understanding of retail consumer behaviour, customer segmentation, and data-driven marketing
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Experience working with e-commerce, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of retail industry trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Availability / flexibility to relocate is an advantage
