Description

• Manage the complete order process, from order placement to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sourcing, production, logistics, and quality control, to identify and resolve any bottlenecks or issues.
• Maintain a comprehensive critical path and production control system to track the status of orders and proactively address any delays or deviations.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and escalating any concerns or discrepancies.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Merchandiser or Order Management role, preferably in a buying office or retail environment
• Strong understanding of the order management process, production control, and critical path management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in using ERP systems, data analysis tools, and MS Office suite
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
