Private Capital Solution Analyst (Japanese proficiency required) | HK Talent Engage

Job description

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare marketing and investor due diligence materials (DDQ, INREV) for private equity fund raising
• Conduct due diligence of opportunities and analysis of new and existing investments & strategic business planning
• Prepare investment memoranda for the relevant investment committees
• Execution of capital solutions projects
• Build asset and fund level financial models
• Assist investors with their queries
• Conduct macroeconomic and industry research analysis

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills with extensive training in the building of presentation materials
• At least 1 year of experience in investment banking, deal advisory, private equity
• Problem-solving skills and ability to create innovation investment solutions/structures
• Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining a high-quality work
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate to deal team and external clients
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Japanese
