Job description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial modeling and evaluations, deals execution, pre-deal due diligence
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies and asset valuations for the portfolio
• Conduct financial analysis on asset and company level
• Work closely with asset management team to monitor projects throughout the entire investment period including review of asset performance and recommending divestment strategies

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or other related disciplines
• Qualified CPA or CFA would be advantageous
• Minimum 3 years of real estate investment experience in Hong Kong or Asia
• Financial and investment analysis skills, including complex modelling, statistical analysis, projections and due diligence
• Excellent presentation and writing skills in English is highly preferred
