Market experience is not as important as technical ability

Familiarity with cloud technologies is essential
Experience working across multiple domains is preferred over deep specialization in a single area
Expected to write code on a daily basis

Key Responsibilities:

Lead engineering efforts to uplift capabilities and drive quality practices worldwide
Identify and address the organization's most pressing engineering challenges
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence in engineering
Mentor and guide engineering teams to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills
Serve as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance on complex engineering problems
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align engineering initiatives with organizational goals
Champion the adoption of best-in-class tools, processes, and methodologies
Drive the implementation of innovative solutions to improve engineering efficiency and productivity
