Job description

Job Duties:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, status updates, documents and reports for digitalization, Fintech, data-related projects
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to execute project tasks, proactively identify, resolve and escalate project issues and risks
  • Collect and evaluate user requirements, and perform analysis on adoption of potential solutions. Conduct research and explore suitable solutions from the market, and conduct proof-of-concept
  • Provide post implementation supports and handle daily user enquires
  • Support compliance clearances, risk assessments and audit tasks. Assist to conduct IT administrative tasks
  • Prepare Fintech introduction materials and share knowledge with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in IT, Data, Fintech or related discipline
  • At least 8 years' experience in IT project management, and preferably 2 years in managing Data or Fintech projects in banking industry
  • Sound knowledge in Fintech (e.g. Cloud, AI, low code automation), digital transformation and corresponding regulatory requirements in banking industry
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification and ECF-Fintech certification are preferable
  • Proven project management skills, general knowledge in system risk management, IT compliance and banking applications
  • Good analytical, problem solving and inter-personal skills
  • Good command of both English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
