Business Development Manager, Business Banking | HK Talent Engage

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Ensure BD/partnership projects of Business Banking are executed to achieve business targets in a high-quality and timely manner.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to innovate partnership models and propositions that achieve ZA’s business aims and optimise all parties’ interests.
• Help developing a strategic and scalable partnership ecosystem for Business Banking by outreaching to and engaging relevant industry contacts.

Requirements:

• A bachelor degree in a recognized university.
• 3+ years of experience in business development in the technology, banking or finance industry.
• Experience in working closely with companies to drive and deliver scalable campaigns and projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Intellectual vigor to have both strategic thinking and attention to details, and balance them as an effective leader.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
