Join our Corporate Solutions team and be a key driver of our movement's advancement. Your role will involve creating meaningful connections with customers, partners, and various individuals who are integral to our mission. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing purpose-led brand positioning and messaging to enhance our impact on different channels. By joining us, you will play an important part in helping a greater number of people achieve healthier, longer, and better lives.

Roles and Responsibilities:- Handle enquiries and administration of agency channel

  • Serve and maintain good relationship with agency channel with the aim to drive them to achieve target
  • Compile sales analysis report to facilitate business review of marketing campaigns and improve sales production and user experience
  • Develop and review marketing materials (member briefing, health seminar, sales presentation, newsletter, etc.) and joint call with agency channel to conduct presentation to clients
  • Provide initiatives of agency communiaton to increase the awareness of agency and improve productivities
  • Planning and organizing agency events/activities
  • Assist Team Head on ad hoc assignments/projects

Minimum Job Requirements:- University / college graduate with 4-6 years' relevant working experiences

  • Sales, account and project management experiences in group insurance and/or pension business preferred
  • Analytical skills with good MS Excel knowledge
  • Good presentation, communication and problem solving skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Enjoy working with people of diverse backgrounds
  • Familiar with computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
  • Obtain relevant licenses and fulfil the licensing requirements if job involves in any regulated activities
  • Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements

Others:- You are preferred to obtain the license of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1,2 and 3) or Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) (Paper 4)

  • You are required to obtain the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities
