The Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers located in the heart of Kowloon’s business and entertainment district along Victoria Harbour, the hotel is steps away from subway stations is currently hiring candidates for the vacancies.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all Learning & Development activities in the Hotel, including identification of training needs; development, design, delivery and reinforcement of the training plans and programs.
- Strengthen the guest satisfaction by conducting training needs analysis and to ensure the learning & development initiatives and programs are in line with business needs.
- Work with Department Heads to design, produce and implement in-house training programs, and develop departmental on-the-job training schedules that meet the operating objectives.
- Champion and execute the Learning & Development initiatives driven by the corporate office.
- Administer the internship program in the Hotel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Hospitality Management or Human Resources Management.
- Minimum of 4 years relevant L&D experience. Experience in hospitality industry is a great advantage.
- Sound experience in service excellence, supervisory skill training and e-learning.
- Well-organized with great planning and implementation skill.
- Excellent presentation skill. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Experience in launching talent development program (recognition, management trainee program etc) is a great plus.
- Candidates will less experience will be considered as Assistant Learning & Development Manager/ Senior Learning & Development Officer
