• We offer electronics manufacturing services to customers in the US, Europe, Japan and Asia Pacific.
• We are looking for PMC General Manager – with details as follows :

The Job :

• Degree holder
• Studies in Production / Materials / Engineering / Manufacturing or related is a plus
• 10+ years managerial level in PMC / PPC / materials in electronic manufacturers
• Experience in EMS is highly prefer
• Solid knowledge of electronic assembly
• Fluent in English , Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/SAP systems
• Report to the COO
• Function as Head of PMC
• Lead PMC teams in HK office & China factory
• Lead the Team to develop and maintain master production schedule to ensure production targets are met
• Lead the Team to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the material planning process
• Lead the Team to maintain the production capacity records of manufacturing sites.
• Lead the Team to monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce excess or obsolete inventory
• Lead the Team for suppliers monitoring and material expediting to support relevant projects.
• Ensure regular performance monitoring and reporting on important deliverables, milestones and process throughout the supply chain.
• Support new product launches and critical deliveries.
• Occasional China trip is required
• 5 days work
