Job description
What you’ll be doing?
- Provide all-rounded support to the Chairman, including personal, community service and business affairs
- Arrange meetings, business & personal trips and appointment schedule
- Manage business & social calendar, travel schedules and conference participation
- Coordinate with both internal and external parties on daily business operations
- Monitor and maintenance of personal and corporate properties
- Handle special projects & ad-hoc assignments and perform other duties as required
Who are they looking for?
- Bachelor degree with minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in sizable organization in similar capacity, must gained practical experience in serving senior executive of sizable company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English and Putonghua
- Proficiency in computing skills
- High level of confidentiality, mature, tactful with excellent interpersonal skills
- Detailed minded, independent, well-organized and self-motivated
- Excellent time management skill
- Immediately available highly preferred
