Our team of professionals includes psychologists, speech therapists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, social workers and teachers. We serve more than 15,000 families every year at our service units, as well as mainstream kindergartens, primary and secondary schools. As an innovative service provider, Heep Hong Society is dedicated to researching evidence-based treatment approaches and promoting the development of integrated education and the rehabilitation sector through research, training and publishing.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment and selection process including posting job advertisements, screening applications, arranging interviews, preparing employment contracts, facilitating on-board arrangements and following up new join documents etc.
  • Support Training Subsidy Scheme including handling new applications, following up on necessary documents and approvals and arranging reimbursement
  • Support both online and face-to-face training sessions by preparing internal communications, collecting enrolments, facilitating logistic arrangement, performing on site support, conducting post training evaluations and processing related payments
  • Assist in coordinating employee relations activities, such as AGM cum Annual Dinner and Christmas Party, etc.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure operational smoothness
  • Provide support and advice to newly joined team members
  • Handle staff enquiries in a professional manner
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Tertiary education in any discipline
  • At least 1 year's relevant experience
  • Experience in NGO environment is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-initiated, Detailed-oriented with strong sense of responsibilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Able to work independently against tight deadline and under pressure
  • Immediately available is preferred
