DNA Recruit Partners is partnering with a family office, they are looking for a Private Jet Stewardess / Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant to manage the operation of the family's private jet, ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers aboard. The stewardess will be responsible for all aspects of in-flight service, including meal and beverage preparation, cabin management, and assisting passengers as needed.

About the Role

  • Coordinate with the pilot, co-pilot, and ground operation staff to ensure seamless flight operations
  • Greet passengers and assist with boarding and exiting the aircraft; prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages to passengers
  • Anticipate and cater to the unique needs and preferences of each passenger
  • Develop and implement detailed in-flight service plans and procedures
  • Manage the cabin inventory, including food, beverages, linens, and amenities
  • Ensure compliance with all aviation safety regulations and company policies
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed
  • Maintain impeccable attention to detail and a high level of discretion
  • Liaise with ground staff to facilitate the smooth transfer of passengers and luggage
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of luggage as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the aircraft owner or management

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality, aviation, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a private jet stewardess or corporate jet cabin crew or in a similar high-end service role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding passenger expectations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Thorough knowledge of aviation safety protocols, in-flight service procedures, and luxury hospitality standards
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Valid passport and the ability to travel internationally on short notice
  • Certification in first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures
